Covenants are specific to Nature Pointe creating harmony within the surroundings and protecting property values. The minimum heated square footage is 2000′. Horses are not allowed to protect the terrain from damage and keeping the less pleasant aspects of large animals from affecting surrounding neighbors. Are house design and plan review required?

Yes, all plans, additions, walls, fences, etc. must first be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ACC). Design Guidelines have been established to further the highest level of construction quality and design. To help ensure a smooth process from the beginning sketch drawing to anticipated move-in day, an onsite meeting with you, your design professional (preferred), and the ACC prior to any detailed drawings are developed must be scheduled to create the most desirable house and surroundings while complying with covenants.

Are Two-story homes allowed?

Most lots allow two-story homes while meeting covenant requirements. Some lots are restricted to single-story to minimize the chance of an adjoining home from diminishing the incredible views.

Is there a time limit to build?

Developer shall be financially responsible for any annual budget insufficiency until 3 years after occupancy in Fall of 2008.

Are guests welcome at the clubhouse and other amenities?

What are the private Trails like?

Trails are located within lot easements approximately 30′ away from the roadways to minimize distraction and noise while on your walks. Trails are generally wide enough for two to walk side-by-side to allow for long conversations. Pathways are natural terrain to blend in with the beautiful surroundings. Many trails are located along sides and backs of lots to create 5 miles of looping trails. There are 7 exits to outlying areas to extend your trails to new destinations.
